Read this first: these verdicts reflect historical patterns in one year of MOE data (2025),
not a guarantee. 2026 has a nationwide P1 intake reduction due to a shrinking birth cohort, and MOE is
reviewing the whole registration framework — this cycle's ratios may be less reliable than usual.
Popularity index vs. distance (nearest 15 schools)
How to read this: Popularity index = applicants ÷ available
places, in the most recent year with real numbers. Below 1.0×
means the school didn't fill up (undersubscribed, easier to get in).
Exactly 1.0× means applicants matched places exactly.
Above 1.0× means more children applied than there were places
(oversubscribed - some were turned away or balloted). The lower the number, the
easier it was to get in.

Re-scrapes all 182 schools from MOE, then rebuilds the database and re-geocodes
every school. Takes 15–20 minutes. Only works from a network MOE doesn't
block (not from a cloud host) and only if this server has Playwright installed.
